Look, Francis has stabilized a 1.91 ERA over his last eight starts, sspanning the last two months, and surprise: his ERA is best in baseball over that period.
Toss in the fact that over his last six outings he's produced quality innings, and that he's given up two or fewer runs and thrown more than seven innings in each one of those starts.
Forget about Dave Williams - the play here is on Colorado and Francis.
