The Indianapolis Colts remain perfect this season, but more important to bettors and sportsbooks around the world is their against the spread record, and that is pretty good too.

The Colts are now 10-0 straight up and 7-3 against the spread. They are also the overwhelming favorite to win the Super Bowl this season. This past week they were a reasonably priced road favorite against Cincinnati and again covered fairly easily. Most of the public was again all over the Colts, while some of the so-called wise guys were on the Bengals.

The battle between the public and the wise guys has gone mainly to the public this season with so many favorites covering the spread. Indianapolis is a huge public team and usually when they win it is not good for the books. This week was not as bad because many wise guys thought the Bengals could keep the game close. That was true at times, but in the end the Colts were too good.

Will the Colts go undefeated this season? Many people still don't believe so, but one of their supposed toughest tests is now behind them as the Bengals were dispatched. This week is a home game on Monday night against the Steelers. That game, along with a road contest late in the year at Seattle look to be the two biggest remaining obstacles for the Colts perfect season.
