Default NFL Pick - Tennesee @ Denver

Tennessee (0-1 SU and ATS) at Denver (0-1 SU and ATS)

The Titans and Broncos both will be looking to get their first victory of the preseason when they meet tonight in the Mile High City.

Tennessee lost 19-16 to the Saints as a two-point home favorite last week, while the Broncos traveled to Detroit and fell 20-13 as a two-point road chalk.

The Titans will give starter Billy Volek the first quarter, but rookie Vince Young will play the middle two quarters, followed by Matt Mauck and Cody Hodges. Volek went 4-for-7 for 55 yards against New Orleans, while Young had a rough outing, completing just 4 of 11 passes for 56 yards, though he did rush for 28 yards on four carries.

Denver’s Jake Plummer hit on 3 of 4 passes for 33 yards in limited action in Houston last week. He will start and lead the offense for the first 10 to 20 plays against the Titans. Rookie Jay Cutler will lead the offense for the majority of the middle two quarters after impressing coaches by going 16-for-22 for 192 yards and a touchdown in his NFL debut.

The Broncos are thin at wideout, with Rod Smith out with an injury and Ashley Lelie holding out. However, newcomer Javon Walker is slated to participate in 10-20 plays.

Denver is 15-7 over the last five summers (13-8-1 ATS), including 7-3 at home (5-4-1 ATS).

Tennessee is 6-4 on the road in the last five preseasons, but 7-2-1 ATS.

ATS ADVANTAGE: TENNESSE
